Why does QMS recommend the daily use of fruit acids and collagens?

Why do I need a toner?

When will I first notice the results of a QMS routine?
The skin needs 120 days to regenerate (the regeneration of skin cells takes 4 x 28 days). But the first results will be visible after one month. Of course, this depends very much on the original condition of the skin.
How often should I receive a QMS treatment?
It is dependent on your skin condition, but we recommend in general every 4 to 6 weeks. The algae modelage is a very important component in the QMS system because it optimises moisture absorption.
What does collagen do for my skin?
Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the human body. Among the factors that control the moisture content of the skin, collagen is responsible for 60% of this process. The skin produces less collagen as we age, which is why collagen balancing is absolutely vital for maintaining the functionality, elasticity and suppleness of the skin. HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we would like to help with your return. Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Product. All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them (notice, warranty, certificate of authenticity, etc.) and a copy of the delivery slip enclosed with the delivered Product(s). Any personalized or altered products, or products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, will not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. To begin a return, contact Customer Service at customerservice@dqmsmedicosmetics.com. You will be refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
Open defects, incorrect deliveries, and quantity discrepancies of the delivered goods must be reported in writing as soon as possible after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported to us in writing within the statutory warranty period after their discovery.
